Exit doors: Please do not prop open using exit doors traffic cones or other objects. This creates a serious safety and security risk, as it allows unauthorized individuals to enter the premises and puts all members at risk. As this is a serious violation, any member found intentionally leaving or propping open an exit door may be subject to a fine.
Hallways: Members may not leave personal belongings in the hallways, including shoe racks, surfboards, couches, and other items. Any items brought in from outside and left in hallways or other common areas may carry bedbugs or other insects, creating a potential health concern. In addition, personal belongings left in the corridors are a fire safety hazard because they obstruct emergency exit routes. Facilites Management is instructed to remove and dispose of any personal items left in shared hallways or personal areas.
All members are entitled to know of information pertaining to sex offenders in the area.
