Personal items are NOT allowed in shared bathrooms (i.e. in showers, on sinks, etc)
For extra bathroom supplies (new trash bags, cleaning products, etc), drop by the 4th floor bathroom supply closet open from 7-8:30pm on Sundays, Monday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If the trash gets full between member cleanings, take initiative in getting a new trash bag to replace it.
Please utilize the bathroom shower curtains to avoid water splashing on the floor (and/or wipe off the floor if it does), as this causes property damage to UCHA.
After using a bathroom, be sure to remove all leftover hair from the shower and sink.
Do not wash any dishes in bathroom sinks or rinse food down the drains.
Flush ALL used toilet paper -- DO NOT dispose of it in the trash cans.
Please wrap ALL feminine hygiene products up before disposing.
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in summons to MemCom and you may be fined.
Shared Hallways:
Members in each hallway are fully responsible for keeping these spaces clean. Please note that Facilities Management is not responsible for the cleanliness of individual rooms or shared hallway bathrooms.
Members may not leave personal belongings in the hallways, including shoe racks, surfboards, couches, and other items. Any items brought in from outside and left in hallways or other common areas may carry bedbugs or other insects, creating a potential health concern. In addition, personal belongings left in the corridors are a fire safety hazard because they obstruct emergency exit routes. Facilites Management is instructed to remove and dispose of any personal items left in shared hallways or personal areas.
Laundry Rooms:
Remove your clothes prompty. Items left over 2 days are thrown away.
Leave washing machine doors ajar for air flow
Clean the lint trap after dryer machine usage
Report machine issues using the flyer instructions posted in each laundry room

Upon checking-out, you must leave your room clean and remove all personal items / furniture to avoid fines.
